Warm-up Pueblo (2025)

Technique Drills warm-up pueblo 2025 800m

This is the warm-up framework I used in Pueblo during the Jan-Jun 2025 period.

Standard Sequence

  1. Easy run (usually 2km or 10-15 minutes)
  2. Mobility + drills (G/ABC drills)
  3. Progressive strides (often 2-3 reps)
  4. Optional short submax starts before quality work

Typical Session Context

  • Before 200m/300m quality sessions
  • Before race-pace interval sessions
  • Before pre-race activation days

Goal

Arrive at the main set warm, coordinated, and ready to run fast without unnecessary fatigue.
