Technique Drills warm-up gottingen routine training

This is the warm-up structure I used most often in Gottingen during the Jul-Dec 2024 period.

Standard Sequence

  1. Easy run (10-15 minutes)
  2. Dynamic mobility and drill sequence
  3. 2-4 progressive strides
  4. Optional short acceleration work before the main set

Typical Session Context

  • Before 200m and 1000m interval sessions
  • Before race-pace support sessions
  • Before pre-race activation days

Goal

Start the main session warm, coordinated, and ready to run fast without extra fatigue.
