Technique Drills warm-up gottingen routine training
This is the warm-up structure I used most often in Gottingen during the Jul-Dec 2024 period.
Standard Sequence
- Easy run (10-15 minutes)
- Dynamic mobility and drill sequence
- 2-4 progressive strides
- Optional short acceleration work before the main set
Typical Session Context
- Before 200m and 1000m interval sessions
- Before race-pace support sessions
- Before pre-race activation days
Goal
Start the main session warm, coordinated, and ready to run fast without extra fatigue.
