Running Technique Notes
Core technique form posture
Posture
If I stand up tall I move faster than when I lean. Run as if you were running downhill — upright, frequent, and with a relaxed feeling.
Key Cues
- Upright posture — don’t lean forward excessively
- High cadence — quick, light ground contact
- Relaxed upper body — drop the shoulders, unclench the hands
- Eyes forward — look ahead, not at the ground
