Why I Started Yoga
Yoga yoga mobility breathwork mindfulness strength core
I discovered yoga at the end of 2025.
It combines many elements that I think are great for runners:
- Strength
- Core control
- Breathwork
- Meditation
- Stretching
- Movement quality
- Mindfulness
I think it is a great addition to running training.
